The journey of Gem Tanzanite started as a dream 20 years ago. After trips to various gems and jewelry shows Mr. Osman envisioned owning a Gem shop to sell Tanzania’s most prized gem, the Tanzanite. Tanzanite can solely be found in Tanzania with a deep purplish-blue color unlike any other gem.

In 2015 Gem Tanzanite was opened. We are a committee member as well as exhibitor at the Arusha Gem Fair. Through our works with various sectors we have grown to be known among various individuals and organizations in Tanzania.

We strive to give our customers a unique look through our designs from local gems and jewelry. Our shop is a dream come true, beating like a heart. We thank God for accepting our prayers to allow for honesty and boldness to do clean business. We extend a warm welcome to all fellow Tanzanians (Wazalendo) to get a taste of the Ultimate in Luxury and Style.
